No. Purchased reviews are prohibited. PraiseWall is for genuine customer testimonials only; fake, purchased, or otherwise fabricated reviews may result in suspension.
Selected plans can start a 14-day free trial. Free for 14 days. No credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. A paid monthly subscription begins after the trial only when the applicable checkout flow says so.
After purchase, activation is delivered by email. The static demo records the order locally and does not process payment.
The public site can be viewed from a cached browser when available, but collection, checkout, and hosted publishing depend on normal web connectivity.
Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari release. PraiseWall uses standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, localStorage, and responsive layout features.
Pin is the compact manual-entry plan; Bloom adds collection and custom display controls; Garden adds moderation, video, tags, embeds and five seats; Field adds unlimited walls, multilingual display, white-label, CRM export, API and fifteen seats.
Plan changes can be handled as subscription changes. In a real Stripe integration, the account and billing portal would manage prorations and renewal timing.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal according to the applicable billing terms.
PraiseWall offers a 30-day no-questions refund. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
The testimonial content remains with the person who submitted it, while the right to display the submitted content is granted to the party operating the testimonial wall, subject to the applicable terms.
Video testimonials are supported starting with Garden.
You may invite customers to leave a review, but you may not pay or otherwise reward someone specifically in exchange for a positive review. Invitations should not condition benefits on favorable sentiment.
Bloom and above provide collection/display capabilities described by each plan; Garden adds embed widgets, and Field adds API controls.
